This Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, replacements, and payment corrections may be considered for products and services purchased from Educators Plus.
By purchasing any course, digital product, publication, academic service, publishing service, consultancy, or other paid offering from Educators Plus, you agree to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
1. General Policy
Educators Plus provides educational, academic, publishing, research, and digital products/services. Since many of our offerings involve digital access, downloadable files, recorded content, customised academic work, editorial processing, publishing work, or service-based delivery, refunds are limited and are considered only under the conditions mentioned in this policy.
Users are requested to carefully read the product description, service details, course information, access conditions, delivery timelines, and pricing before making any payment.
2. Digital Products, PDFs, E-books, and Downloadable Content
Payments made for digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
This includes, but is not limited to:
E-books;
PDFs;
Digital monographs;
Downloadable publications;
Study material;
Research reports;
Educational modules;
Recorded lectures;
Test series;
Digital notes;
Online learning resources.
A refund will normally not be provided if:
The file has been downloaded;
Access has been activated;
The download link has been issued;
The content has been delivered by email, account access, or secure download;
The user changes their mind after purchase;
The user purchased the wrong product by mistake;
The user is unable to use the content due to device, internet, browser, or personal technical limitations not caused by Educators Plus.
3. Courses, Training Programmes, and Webinars
Fees paid for courses, online classes, recorded lectures, webinars, workshops, training programmes, mentoring sessions, or academic programmes are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or the programme has started.
Cancellation or refund requests may be considered only if:
Payment was made twice for the same course;
Access was not provided due to an error from Educators Plus;
The course or programme was cancelled by Educators Plus;
The user paid for a course that is no longer available and no suitable alternative is provided.
No refund will be provided for:
Non-attendance by the learner;
Failure to complete the course;
Change of personal schedule;
Lack of expected examination result or selection;
Dissatisfaction due to personal learning preference after access has been provided;
Sharing of login credentials or violation of platform rules.
4. Publishing and Academic Services
Educators Plus may provide publication-related services, manuscript support, editorial support, book/monograph publication services, research documentation, academic consultancy, metadata preparation, and related professional services.
Fees paid for such services are generally non-refundable once work has started.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Manuscript review;
Editorial processing;
Formatting;
Cover design;
Metadata preparation;
ISBN/DOI-related processing support;
Publication planning;
Academic consultancy;
Research writing support;
Documentation;
Report preparation;
Customised academic service work.
A refund will not be provided if:
The user changes their decision after work has started;
The user delays submission of required documents;
The user does not provide required approvals, corrections, or information on time;
The manuscript or material is rejected due to plagiarism, ethical concerns, copyright issues, legal concerns, or poor quality;
The user expects guaranteed indexing, DOI approval, ISBN allotment, citation, sale, academic recognition, or institutional acceptance where such guarantee was not expressly provided in writing.
If Educators Plus is unable to begin the service after receiving payment, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the stage of work and expenses already incurred.
5. Print Books and Physical Products
If Educators Plus sells print books or physical products through the website, refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered;
Damaged item received;
Defective printing or missing pages;
Order not delivered due to an error from our side.
To claim replacement or refund for a physical product, the user must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number;
Payment proof;
Clear photographs or video of the damaged/wrong product;
Unboxing proof, if requested;
Delivery details.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for damage caused after delivery, incorrect address provided by the user, refusal to accept delivery, or normal wear and tear.
6. Duplicate Payment or Payment Error
If a user has made duplicate payment for the same product or service, the extra amount may be refunded after verification.
To request a duplicate payment refund, the user must provide:
Name;
Email address;
Phone number;
Order ID or transaction ID;
Date of payment;
Amount paid;
Screenshot or proof of payment.
Once verified, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another method decided by Educators Plus.
7. Failed Transactions
In case of failed transactions where the amount is deducted from the user’s bank account but the order is not confirmed, the user should first check with the bank/payment gateway.
If Educators Plus has received the amount, the order may be confirmed or the amount may be refunded after verification. If the amount has not been received by Educators Plus, the refund will be handled by the respective bank or payment gateway as per their policy.
8. Cancellation by User
Users may request cancellation only before access, download, service activation, or work initiation.
Cancellation requests must be sent to Educators Plus in writing through the official contact email. A cancellation request does not guarantee refund approval.
Once access has been given, content has been delivered, a download link has been issued, a course has started, or service work has begun, cancellation will generally not be accepted.
9. Cancellation by Educators Plus
Educators Plus reserves the right to cancel any order, service, course, publication process, or access in cases including but not limited to:
Incorrect pricing or technical error;
Payment failure or suspected fraud;
Misuse of website or account;
Violation of terms and conditions;
Plagiarised, unlawful, defamatory, unethical, or infringing content submitted by the user;
Non-cooperation or non-submission of required information by the user;
Circumstances beyond our control.
If a cancellation is made by Educators Plus without fault on the part of the user, a suitable refund, credit, replacement, or alternative service may be offered depending on the case.
10. Refund Request Process

Incomplete refund requests may take longer to process or may be rejected.
11. Refund Review Timeline
Educators Plus will review refund requests within a reasonable time after receiving complete information.
If the refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed within [3 working days], depending on the payment gateway, bank, and transaction method.
Educators Plus is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI platforms, card networks, or third-party financial institutions.
12. Refund Mode
Approved refunds may be processed through:
Original payment method;
Bank transfer;
UPI;
Wallet;
Credit note;
Service adjustment;
Any other suitable method decided by Educators Plus.
The mode of refund will depend on the original payment method, transaction status, and operational feasibility.
13. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in limited cases where:
Only part of the service has been delivered;
Work has started but not been completed;
A mutually agreed adjustment is possible;
Educators Plus determines that partial refund is appropriate after deducting administrative, processing, payment gateway, design, editorial, technical, or service costs.
The decision regarding partial refund will be made by Educators Plus after reviewing the case.
14. Non-Refundable Items and Services
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are non-refundable:
Downloaded PDFs and e-books;
Activated course access;
Recorded lectures;
Digital study material;
Test series;
Webinars already conducted;
Workshops already attended;
Customised academic services;
Editorial or publication work already started;
Consultancy sessions already scheduled or delivered;
Administrative, gateway, or processing charges;
Services delayed due to non-cooperation or incomplete information from the user.
15. No Refund for Violation of Terms
No refund will be provided if access is suspended or terminated because the user:
Shares login credentials;
Shares paid material without permission;
Copies, resells, uploads, or distributes protected content;
Submits plagiarised or unlawful material;
Misuses the website or services;
Provides false information;
Violates the Terms and Conditions of Educators Plus.
