Leila Haddad is Senior Research Fellow for Education Equity and Policy Implementation at PsyForU Research International. Biography

Leila Haddad is associated with PsyForU Research International as Senior Research Fellow, Education Equity and Policy Implementation. Her work focuses on the design and implementation of educational policies that promote equitable access, meaningful participation, and improved learning opportunities across diverse social and regional contexts.

Her research examines how inequalities related to geography, gender, income, disability, language, migration, and institutional capacity can influence educational participation and outcomes. She is particularly interested in the ways state-level planning and resource allocation can respond to historically underserved communities.

As Senior Research Fellow, Ms. Haddad contributes to the analysis of policy implementation gaps, educational access, regional disparities, resource distribution, and institutional responsiveness. Her work supports the development of practical frameworks through which equity commitments can be translated into measurable programmes and accountable implementation.
