Biography
Ishani Deshpande is associated with PsyForU Research International as Senior Research Fellow, Curriculum and Teacher Education. Her work focuses on curriculum reform, competency-based education, pedagogical innovation, and the preparation of teachers for diverse and changing classroom contexts.
Her research examines how curriculum objectives can be translated into meaningful learning experiences, interdisciplinary understanding, practical competencies, and learner-centred classroom practices. She is particularly interested in the alignment of curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, teacher preparation, and professional learning.
As Senior Research Fellow, Ms. Deshpande contributes to the analysis of curriculum frameworks, teaching practices, teacher-education programmes, and classroom implementation.
