Biography
Meenal Kapoor is associated with PsyForU Research International as Research Fellow, Student Support and Inclusion. Her work focuses on the development of educational support systems that address the academic, social, emotional, economic, and institutional barriers experienced by learners.
Her research examines how counselling, mentoring, academic assistance, financial support, accessibility services, family engagement, and referral mechanisms can improve educational participation and learner well-being. She is especially interested in support structures for students from disadvantaged and underrepresented communities.
As Senior Research Fellow, Ms. Kapoor contributes to the design and evaluation of student-support frameworks, inclusion policies, early-intervention mechanisms, and coordinated institutional services. Her work emphasises dignity, accessibility, responsiveness, confidentiality, and continuity of support.
Her contribution advances the mission of PsyForU Research International to promote educational environments in which diverse learners can participate meaningfully, receive appropriate assistance, and progress with confidence and equitable opportunity.
