Biography
Pooja Sethi is associated with PsyForU Research International as Project Director, Teacher Education and Workforce Policy. Her work focuses on strengthening the preparation, professional standards, recruitment, and long-term development of teachers.
Her research examines the relationship between pre-service teacher education, clinical practice, subject knowledge, pedagogical competence, inclusive teaching, technology integration, and workforce requirements. She is particularly interested in improving the coherence between teacher-education institutions and the realities of contemporary classrooms.
