Ritu Malhotra is associated with PsyForU Research International as Project Director, Family Engagement and Community Support. Her work focuses on strengthening cooperation among families, schools, communities, and educational support services.

Her research examines parent–school communication, home-based learning support, community participation, family well-being, inclusive education, learner attendance, school trust, and shared responsibility for educational development. She is particularly interested in respectful partnerships that recognise families as contributors to learning.

As Project Director, Ms. Malhotra supports the development of family-engagement frameworks, school-communication strategies, community-support models, and inclusive participation mechanisms. Her work emphasises accessibility, cultural responsiveness, mutual respect, confidentiality, and practical support for families.

Her contribution supports the mission of PsyForU Research International to strengthen education through trusting relationships among learners, families, educators, institutions, and communities.
