Daniel Okoro is associated with PsyForU Research International as Senior Research Fellow, Teacher Workforce and Organisational Planning. His work focuses on teacher availability, recruitment, deployment, workload, retention, and the organisational capacity of education systems.

His research examines how staffing patterns, subject requirements, regional inequalities, school size, teacher qualifications, and working conditions influence the delivery of education. He is particularly interested in workforce forecasting, deployment equity, institutional staffing models, and long-term teacher-supply planning.

As Senior Research Fellow, Mr. Okoro contributes to the development of teacher-workforce indicators, staffing projections, deployment strategies, and organisational planning frameworks. His work emphasises the importance of placing appropriately prepared teachers where they are most needed while supporting professional sustainability and institutional effectiveness.
