Biography
Evelyn Park is associated with PsyForU Research International as International Research Fellow, Digital Public Infrastructure and Learning Systems. Her work examines the design, governance, interoperability, accessibility, and responsible expansion of digital systems supporting education.
Her research focuses on digital learning platforms, public digital infrastructure, institutional data systems, digital identity, resource access, connectivity, and technology-enabled educational services. She is particularly interested in how digital systems can be scaled without excluding learners or institutions with limited resources.
As International Research Fellow, Ms. Park contributes comparative and systems-level perspectives on digital governance, interoperability, platform design, data responsibility, and institutional readiness. Her work supports digital transformation that is accessible, secure, transparent, and aligned with educational purposes.
Her contribution advances the mission of PsyForU Research International to support equitable and responsible digital transformation through evidence-informed planning, inclusive infrastructure, and strong public-interest governance.
