Biography
Meera Krishnan is associated with PsyForU Research International as Project Director, State Public University Governance and Quality. Her work focuses on strengthening governance, financing, institutional capacity, academic standards, and public accountability within state public universities.
Her research examines institutional autonomy, public financing, leadership, quality assurance, faculty capacity, access, student support, regulatory coordination, and resource allocation. She is particularly interested in balancing institutional flexibility with responsibility to students, communities, and public objectives.
As Project Director, Ms. Krishnan supports the development of university-governance frameworks, quality-improvement strategies, financing models, institutional-performance indicators, and reform recommendations.
